These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through this online store operated by Oleksii Dyvysenko, Ebersstraße 42, 10827 Berlin, Germany.
1. Products
We sell art prints and other art-related products. Product images are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, printing process and material.
Prints are produced individually after an order is placed. Production and fulfilment may be carried out by a professional production partner on our behalf.
2. Orders and contracts
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products. After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where fulfilment is impossible, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, or payment cannot be successfully processed. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
Prices displayed in the store are shown in the currency applicable to your market. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Any applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by applicable law and according to the information shown at checkout.
4. Production and shipping
Products are made to order and may require production time before dispatch.

5. Customs and import charges
Orders delivered internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged or incorrect products

All artworks, images, designs and other original content displayed in this store remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holder.
Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Products may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without prior permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
