Returns & Right of Withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Please clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

Returns

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returned items should be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at diviscreativis@gmail.com and include your order number and photographs showing the issue. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
