Production

Each print is made to order. Please allow time for your order to be printed and prepared before dispatch.

Orders are produced and shipped by my professional fine art print partner. Depending on your delivery address, your order may be produced at a facility closer to you.

Shipping

We currently ship to the European Union, the United States and Ukraine.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

European Union — 5–10 business days
United States — 5–10 business days
Ukraine — 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated according to your destination and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances outside my control.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact me at diviscreativis@gmail.com with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the package and print. We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
