Returns
I want you to be happy with your print.
Each print is produced individually after your order is placed. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the product and packaging.
I will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind
If you wish to cancel or return an order for another reason, please contact me as soon as possible. Any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
Please do not send products directly to my printing partner. Contact me first so I can provide the appropriate instructions.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method.
